Remote Delivery

Most of the time we use the remote delivery model. This means that we are using the tools and methods that are proven to work for external IT support organisations.

 

This is how it works. We setup a replica of your environment at our facilities (apart from the database which is filtered to exclude most of the data) and process your requests in it.

 

When the work is done it is checked and deployed remotely by the CRM Support Manager. In rare cases when work has to be done in the live environment it is either done or supervised by the manager.

 

In either case we request your permission for maintenance and explain all the details and implications.
